A Little Bit of Mayhem Makes Full Tummies and Big Smiles.
Eilidh
Welcome to the recipe book of the Mayhem Mommies of 2011. It is a place to share all types of recipes, from side dishes to mains, to soups and stews, to desserts and even baby food!
We're starting this website after we shared yummy recipes with each other and were constantly asking for the recipes again and again. Now we don't have to! We can simply click a side link, see the recipe, cook and eat! Feel free to try any of the recipes listed on here, and if you'd like to submit your own recipe for recognition, please use the Contact Us page.
Each month, we will feature a Recipe of the Month. You can try it, grade it, tweak it, and submit a review!
We hope you enjoy the yummy food about to warm your tummy!
Please be patient as we gradually add new recipes and photos to the website. It might look a little messy until then. There's nothing wrong with a little bit of Mayhem!

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
INGREDIENTS
1c flour 1c dry infant rice and banana (or other flavour) cereal 3tbsp cooking oil ice water DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees 2. Mix flour and cereal 3. Gradually stir in oil. Mix a little ice water at a time (start with 1/4c) until dough begins to form a ball and pull away from bowl 4. Roll out into the thickness of a cracker on a floured surface, and cut into desired shapes. 5. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container. An alternative to this recipe is to mix 1/2c plain baby cereal with 1/2c flavoured, as the full flavoured baby cereal is very strong. |
